Are you safe on the road? Think again.

Only a talented few can simultaneously talk on a cellphone and drive safely, according to a study from researchers at the University of Utah. The danger of a study like this is, of course, that everyone will think they are in the 2.5% of all people whom the study found to be "supertaskers." The pertinent fact is that 97.5% of us can't drive safely while talking on the phone. And you are most likely to be one of those 97.5% of people can't multitask while driving (and you certainly should not to).
The fact is, according to recent studies and government statistics:
- 41% of women admit to using electronic devices while driving
- Texting while driving increases your crash risk by a factor of 23
- 30% of iPad owners use them while driving
-a texting driver is even worse than a drunk one
Are you one of them?
